I need to know if there is a code for the following procedures done endoscopically:

Endoscopic tennis elbow release
Endoscopic cubital tunnel release
Endoscopic De Quervains release

If not, are there codes that I can use that are acceptable? The practice I work for specializes in minimally invasive procedures, not done from many other places so it is difficult to find the codes I need to use sometimes.

If anyone could give any input it would be greatly appreciated.
 
24359 states it's an "open" procedure, can we use the same code when it is done endoscopically?

26040 is what we use for Dupuytren's Contracture, and 26045 is the "open" procedure for Dupuytren's.
