Here is patient's scenario:

03/15/2018 at 8:00 am: Admitted as emergency room
03/15/2018 at 12:00 pm: Patient care transitioned to Attending physician will assume care at this time for further management of patient and will follow up on outstanding labs, imaging and further testing as needed. Attending physician spent 45 minutes on admission process.

99223 or 99220 or 99285 or 99288?
