The patient has had chronic elbow pain status post biceps tendon repair.

Physician listed surgery as right elbow excision of scar, biceps exploration and neurolysis of lateral ante-brachial cutaneous nerve.

The carrier is AETNA.

If anyone can help me with this one it will be greatly appreciated.

Elbow nerve/biceps debridement

I was thinking of 64713 for the neurolysis of the brachial plexus and excision of "tumor" for the scare excision of the biceps/elbow.

Any other ideas? --- or did I totally miss the boat?
