Reason for EKG: Check QT I am not sure what I would use for this. I've been looking in the book and online and I'm coming up with nothing to help. The place they are going into is a hospital alcohol and drug recovery center, not sure if that would help at all.

Is there a referral? What were the results of the EKG? There are V codes for examinations prior to being admitted for psychiatric evaluation, since I don't know the details I'm not sure if that would apply or not..

QT interval? I would ask for sx, I've seen this used with drug/opiod usage.
