Does the anesthesia portion of the ECT, billed by an anesthesiologist get billed to the health plan or the behavioral health plan? I’m running into issues getting payment because the diagnosis code is a BH dx.

I looked at Magellan Behavioral Health, as an example, and they say to bill them. ECT 90870, ECT Anesthesthia 00104.
