I would like to know how to code an EVLT post followup and vein Ultrasound is performed during followup in an office setting? Doctor is ordering and reviewing U/S post EVLT........DX is I87.0 and I83.813....Condition is stable
I'm coding 99213 with modifier 25 and 93970
EVLT follow-up is done after one week
