Hi All,
When to use Tobacco Use Z72.0? VERSUS Nicotine Dependence, Cigarettes? I have seen coders used Z72.0 for patients ' Smoking Cigarettes even for long period of time' please advise.

Also for Blindness Category H54.4xxx what to use? if the progress notes does not have ANY CATERGORY?
