I believe you would use 157.x with the 4th digit reflecting where the tumor is involved in the pancreas & use .9 if unspecified in the documentation.
Be sure to include any secondary cancer codes for mets since the metastatic form of this type of cancer is quite aggressive.
The ICD-O for cancer registry would be M9474/3 (ref: http://www.progenetix.org/cgi-bin/subsets.cgi?project=progenetix&subsettype=ICDM&icdm_m=9473/3 )
