Need help with Dx codes...cholerheic diarrhea,drug induced hepatic/liver toxicity and bile reflux.

Hey do you mean 530.81 for Bile Reflux?

Cholera is an infection of the small intestine that causes a large amount of watery diarrhea. So I don't think we sould code 787.91 along with cholera.

Choleric diarrhea - Would go for 001.9 , unless Vibrio cholerae is identified / isolated in culture /documented by the physician.
