Which is the correct dx code to use for metastatic castrate sensitive prostate cancer - Z19.1 or Z19.2???
 
Z19.1 is for castrate sensitive malignancy status
Z19.2 is for castrate resistant malignancy status

Coding should be C61, Z19.1.

Hi Everyone
I d add the dx code for metastatic prostate cancer C79.82 too. I was checking the Neoplasms table for 2nd metastatic cancer list per body part in ICD10 manual. Was the C61 first place got cancer ?
