I need to code a "collection only" code for a workers compensation claim. In the past we have billed 80100 as the collection only, but that code has been deleted. Does someone know what code to use for that service? Also, we provide the collection, lab, and MRO fee for workers compentsation as well. Does the code G0477 include the collection fee, lab charge, and MRO fee? Is there another code I can use for the MRO fee?

G0431 has replaced 80100
