I have been looking around trying to find an answer to my question and hopefully someone can help. I am wondering what the difference between 80346 and 80347 is. I see that it says 1-12 and 13+, but what do the numbers mean?

Per 2015 CPT "The code is based on the number of reported analytes..." The codes you are referring to state it is testing for Benzodiazepines: 80346 1-12 metabolites or 80347 13 or more metabolites. These codes are not reported together.
Hope that helps!
