is there a code for this i know c9600 id for hospital i think
is there a physician code ???:)
 
The C code is used to report to CMS the item/supply and is not billed by the physician, unless the provider owns the cath lab. Supplies are reimbursed through APC for the facility charge. You'd just code the placement using the codes 92928-92944
