We have billed 29835, 29834 and 24105 (3 different dx). Dr removed 2 loose bodies, one during the arthroscopy w/partial synovectomy, another during the open bursectomy, both measuring 1 x 1 cm. We are receiving denial on 29835. My question is the billing of both 29835 and 29834 redundant or appropriate? Or is something else more appropriate?

Thank you in advance.

29835 is an indented code after 29834. The main term is 29834 that's where the definition of the procedure starts. 29835 has the rest of the procedure.
