We recently added a chiropractor, a message therapist and a rehabilitation tech to our group. I have never billed for chiropractic services and want to ensure that the documentation supports the services we are providing.

We are billing all services under the chiropractor. Are the services provided by the message therapist and the rehab. tech (97110, 97140) typically documented within the chiropractor's note or should their services have a separate note?

Also, what specific documentation should I be looking for for each provider?
