Wiki DME; L3670 help

Medicare keeps rejecting L3670; have use mod, NU KX and LT and RT at times, but nothing works. Are there modifiers that I am overlooking or is there an alternative code that I can use? New to DME coding/billing... need help.

Check your LCD's. I don't believe a modifier is required.

There is no LCD for this item, therefore you would code it with a GA (if applicable), if not then just the side modifier.

We do tons of those and you only need the side modifier. O&P is a beast, good luck!
