I'm coding a report that says Flexible fiberoptic laryngoscopy/sleep endoscopy and direct laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy. I know for the flexible fiberoptic larynoscopy and direct laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy the code is 31622. Since there is also a sleep endoscopy, is that included in the 31622 code? Or do I now code 31575 and 31622? I read for a sleep endoscopy to use modifier 22 so is that true to use that modifier as well?
