Is anyone billing for the Dix Hallpike Maneuver? My neurology doctor wants to start billing for these services in office and in the hospital when he sees a patient for BPPV. From what he is describing he is performing CPT 95992 (Canalith repositioning procedure) and there is a lot of conflicting information out there on this. On time you read it can be billed with and E/M visit and then the next says no. I'm also having trouble finding a MCR LCD on this......
I appreciate any help given.
