Good afternoon,

I had a provider perform a Distal Femur Replacement. "A prosthesis was created in order to make up for the bone that was removed." This was not a TKR. Would this be an unlisted code as it does not fulfill the requirements for a TKR? Patient came in for nonunion of fracture.
