Hi, Folks. We had a D-hernia baby who had surgery (CPT 39503), but they also did an abdominal SILO placement and later did a Silo washout. I can't find anything for these two that pertain to a diaphragmatic hernia. 39503 includes +/- chest tube and +/- creation of ventral hernia but nothing stating silo placement/washout. Is the 39503 enough, or is there another way I can code for the other procedures? Thanks for any help you can give me.
