Hello -

I am wondering if anyone has guidance on how to code for the administration of a diagnostic agent that is used for PET scans? I know if a radiology procedure code includes the words "with contrast" then the administration of the contrast is included. However, the PET codes (78608, for example) do not say "with contrast." I am wondering how to assign the administration code for a new diagnostic agent, Netspot, and I am wondering if I should include the CPT code 96374 as the administration code. Any guidance would be helpful - thank you!
