Wiki diagnosis for spinal headache

Patient had intrathecal pump and catheter removed due to mechanical failure of the device.

The next day the patient came in for follow-up visit and reported he had a headache which started 6 hours after the pump removal. Patient was then treated with a blood patch.

What diagnosis code applies to this type of headache? It's a spinal headache but not due to spinal or lumbar puncture so I wouldn't use 349.0.

Would 349.31 Accidental puncture or laceration of dura during a procedure (incidental (inadvertent) durotomy) be correct in this situation?

The catheter removal caused the CSF leak but the report doesn't say it was an "accidental puncture" or "laceration" although it may have been "incidental/inadvertent" resulting from the procedure.

Thank you for your help.
