Path report on prostate came back as Focal high grade prostatic intra epithelial neoplasia. Would this be coded as D07.5?
 
I wouldn't assume it. High-grade PIN can be grade II or grade III. I would query the provider for clarification on the grade. If it is indeed grade III, then D07.5 is your code.
