I hope someone can help. Our office does Metal-on-Metal Hip Resurfacings that require postop screening bloodwork to check for high levels of blood minerals. The code we were previously using for the order for BW, R79.0, is no longer accepted by Medicare. We have searched all over and can't find a code that would fit. Can anyone help? Thanks.
