Diabetic patient that has neuropathy in feet

If a patient has diabetes and also has neuropathy in bilateral feet, do you code it as diabetic neuropathy e11.40 or would it be coded separate? If I code e11.40 do I still add the neuropathy code g57.93?

just the E11.40 this is a combo code so no need to add the G code
E11.42 is of polyneuropathy and DM with peripheral neuropathy
