Good morning,

We have some pediatricians that are billing CPT code 99420 but it is bundling to CPT code 90460. Can someone confirm if the provider should be billing modifier -25 on CPT code 99420?
 
We have been billing the 99420 with a modifer 25. I think it is odd that they are bundling depression in with vaccine injections. Are you using the screening dx for 99420 (v79.0)?
