Wiki Denial on J3301 as experimental or investigational..

I billed a J3301 with a J30.2 and it came back denied as Experimental or Investigational. The insurance is Coventry Aetna. Anyone having problems? Thanks.
 
IM Kenalog for seasonal allergies is likely non-covered because systemic corticosteroids really need to be used with caution and intranasal steroids are a far better approach. I imagine that's why you got a denial.
