Can someone help? ThePhysician documented Dementia after Electroconvulsive Therapy. How would you code this?

Since Dementia was due to electroconvulsive therapy so you can take Pdx as 999.9 followed by 294.10, E873.4 and E849.7.

Thanks for your reply. I would report 294.20 instead of 294.10 though - no underlying cause reported. Thanks again.
