Wiki Decortication of lung and TPA next day

Need some help with this one.
Patient had thoroscopic decortication of left lung with mechanical pleurodesis and placement of mesh on the left hemidiaphragm-32652-LT. The second day the patient had a bedside procedure of instillation of TPA into existing chest tube, 5 grams TPA in 50ml sterile saline was injected into two chest tubes placed during surgery the day before.
My question is can I bill for the TPA or is it included in the global procedure and what code would you use? (32560-78???)
