Wiki Debridement of scar tissue from patellar tendon

The physician performed open debridement of scar tisssue and removed 3 sutures that were found(patient had tendon repair 10-2013). I am looking at 27310. I have found previous post that state to use 27350 for debridement of patellar tendon, but I don't think that would be appropriate? Maybe I am reading too much into it. Any suggestions are appreciated!! Thanks
