debridement of non healing internal sphincterotomy wound, cpt?

Patient had a non healing lateral internal sphincterotomy wound. The internal sphinceterotomy incision had a "fair amount of granulation tissue, and it simply never closed". "The granulation tissue was curetted out. The area was then cauterized.......then closed" using suture. The most appropriate CPT I find is 46940. Does anyone have any insight or suggestions?
