Is it possible to code BOTH DCIS (D05.xx) and invasive ductal/lobular (C50.xxx) in the same breast? Which one would be coded as primary?

Ex: Dr performed lumpectomy on 2 sites of respective DCIS and invasive carcinoma
 
no you do not code the insitu and the invasive neoplasm of the same breast. There is an exclude 1 note that also states to exclude the D05 code when coding the C50 code.
