Anyone know if 31239 Dacryocystorhinostomy and 68815 Probing of nasolacrimal duct, with or without irrigation; with insertion of tube or stent can be coded together? I don't see any NCCI edits but wasn't sure if insurance would still consider this bundled.

That would be no, 31239 includes the placement of stents if warranted, these are two different procedures. A DCR is done thru the nose endoscopically as well as a possible external incisional approach. Probing the nasolacrimal duct is done thru the eye's tear duct, a probe is used to open the duct and then a stent is placed.
