Wiki curling eyelash, help please

One of our doctors removed a couple of curling down eyelash's from a pt that kept poking her eye. He numbed her eye and then removed them. I can't find anything for the removal OR any kind of a diagnosis code. Can anyone help me? Should it just be under the office visit and maybe 704.8 "hair diseases" for the dx. Thanks
