Hi,

A long time ago I read where Medicare said if you do a ct with and without contrast at separate encounters within a 24 hour period, you must combine them and bill the with and without code.

I cannot locate that instruction.. Anyone aware of it? We had a CT LCD but it was retired a while ago and now it's not on the website (NGS).
