Good Evening all! I am hoping to get some answers as we are having a lot of difficulty lately with getting paid for some of these claims and getting this authorized.
Our CT techs do a Sinus CT with out contrast(70486).
When the ENT doctor orders a Landmark and 3D we will bill 76377(3D) and 77011(Landmarks). The insurance companies are giving us a hard time with getting authorization. Some policies are stating that they won't allow the three codes to be billed together. Does anyone have some insight on this? Any help would be appreciated!
