CRNA provided Anesthesia for surgery. Notes say Septoplasty, ASA 2. For billing CRNA services, would CPT 00160 or 00162 be appropriate ? Modifers QZ and P2 will be added, was not sure of the Service CPT code to use. Thanks in advance.
