I work for Pediatric Neurologist and sometimes they see patients in the NICU. Are they allowed use Critical care codes 99468-99476

Also can they bill using 99477-99478?:o
 
Are they providing Critical Care Services as per the AMA guidelines in CPT? A patient can be in Critical Care Unit or ICU and not be receiving Critical Care Services.
