I am wondering if anyone has any idea what code should be used for a Craniotomy removal of infected mesh with repair of the scalp via dehiscence? Dr. coded 61510

Let me know what your ideas are.. I was throwing around the 61570??
 
craniotomy with FB removal

I think the description of 61570 sounds closer. My only concern would be the dx. matching up with it. I would probably try it - or use a misc. code with the price of 61570.
