Does anyone know what code to use for sesamoid planing/resection of hypertrophic sesamoid?
It's being done in conjunction with exostectomy of the metatarsal head, so it may just be bundled.
Any help?

28315 - Sesamoidectomy, first toe (separate procdure)
would be bundled with
28288 - Ostectomy, partial, exostectomy or condylectomy, metatarsal head, each metatarsal head
