Wiki CPT for Removal of Patella bone spur

I am looking for the CPT for removal of bone spur in the patella. The doctor is going to removal the spur by tenex. I looked at CPT 27350 but that would be partial or full removal of the patella. That doesn't seem correct. Any help would be great!

If the surgeon removed the portion of the patella bone you can report 27350. If not then you need to report 27599. I think there does not have a specified code for removal patella spur.
