CPT for finger trap for 20 minutes and THEN casting, which physician performed both.

hello, I coded the casting as 29085 but is there a CPT for "finger trapping for 20 minutes". Since there is time stated could I use an E/M along with the casting code. Otherwise I do not feel an E/M would be warranted as he only really does these two things after an ER visit previously. Thanks if anyone can answer.
