Wiki Cpt codes for GYN visits

I work in a Medical office and we do gyn visits. I know the ICD 10 codes to use, but I am not sure about the cpt codes. Also, are the supplies included in the office visit charge, or can we bill those seperate? And the lab fees on a pap? Do we use normal office visit codes or should we use S0610, S0612,S0613?
