Hi . I am trying to ask for assistance physician delivered patient via csection at 26 weeks. Physician is dropping cpt codes 59510 and cpt code 58140. in the op report he performed a vertical uterine incision. 2 fibroids were also removed which path report is reporting total 44 grams. would someone please help assist me with coding this procedure as i am not sure how to code myomectomy with csection. thank you.
 
I do not see a problem with coding 59510 along with 58140. The work of removing fibroids is not included in the csection.
