If my doctor performs this laminectomy with excision of intraspinal tumor due to metastatic breast cancer, performs on levels T2-T5, is it true I can only bill for one unit?

Unfortunately, CPT 63276 is a regional code and can only be reported once during an operative session.

This is from NASS,
These groups of codes 63265-63268 and 63275-63278 are regional codes and can only be used once per region regardless of how many laminectomies are performed.

If anyone else has different info that this code can be reported per laminectomy or interspace, please let me know!
