The procedure C-3-4, 4-5, 5-6, c6-7 anterrior cervical diskectomy and plating and posterior cervical laminectomies from c3-c7.

I have the codes as
63045
63048 x3
22600
22614
22842

Can I bill the 22551 and 22552x3?

I cannot find anything on this and not sure if this is correct.

Please provide some feedback.

Without reading the OR report can not be specific, but a cervical ACDF is 22551, 22552 x 3, plating is 22846, some type of graft was probably used, look at codes 2093X. for the posterior portion it would be 63045, 63048 x 3 if a facectectomy and foraminotomy was performed and billed per foraminotomy. if he did not specify nerve roots decompressed it would be 63045, 63048 x 2 (per interspace). if a facectectomy/foraminotomy was not documented, look at code 63015.
