Good morning,

One of my providers performed an excision of a 5 cm subcutaneous lipoma from the right side of a patient's torso at the anterior axillary line near the 6-8th rib. I am wondering whether to bill procedure code 21931 or 21552 and my provider is wondering where the "cut-off" between the back & flank and the neck & thorax.
