Hello...
Need someone's expertise in billing podiatry services for wound care. Has anyone billed these two codes before, 97606 and Q4107? Not necessarily together, but if you have billed to Medicare before, did they pay?
We have a patient who was just placed on a wound care vac. My doctor and I are uncertain if we can bill CPT 97606 for the encounter when the patient came in for us to apply it to the wound.
Also, once the wound vac is removed my doctor wants to use and bill for a graftjacket, Q4107. Will Medicare pay for this? I'm very confused!
