Hello,
Per coding guidelines we cannot bill cpt 93350 with 93015 and CCI edit, but what if in the office setting, one provider interprets the stress echo imaging report (CPT 93350) and a different provider interprets the exercise stress test (CPT 93015 since this is the office setting, staff did the supervision we own the equipment), is it possible to bill CPT 93350 with 93015 with two different providers?
