We have an ENT provider billing 64408 with diagnosis codes G52.2 (disorder of vagus nerve), G52.9 (cranial nerve disorder), R05 (cough). The payor is Ohio PPO connect and we cannot get these claims billed. The denial states there is a more appropriate diagnosis code for procedure code.
